Nice apartment. Clean. Nice location to a lot of cafes and stores. Apartment is on the 4th floor. Be prepared to carry up your luggage, just an FYI. :-)

The kitchen is very limited if you plan on saving money and doing some of your own cooking because Paris is very expensive. Owner needs to add a few more things. Needs large salad/mixing bowls, cutting boards, basic spices(salt and pepper), perhaps cooking oil, ice cube trays, dish towels and a few more dishwasher tabs. There is no microwave either. The jacuzzi tub did not work. we pressed all the buttons when the tub was full and it wouldn't turn on. Toilet mechanism in that same bathroom needs to be repaired. It doesn't work properly.

Super vriendelijke eigenaar. Beantwoordde onmiddellijk al je vragen. Gaf een hele duidelijke uitleg meteen na het boeken. Alles was tip top in orde. Bedden waren opgemaakt. Er lag zelfs al koffie klaar om te gebruiken.

Good location and was comfortable for my friend and myself; the stairs are a lot for someone who is not in good enough shape. Was responsive to me but the person he directed me to was not. However, they did get us a portable air conditioner which was much needed during the heatwave we stayed there for

Just little things weren’t there such as paper towels, soap - but overall a good place
