Rooms are reasonably clean although they are a bit tired , hopefully they will be included in the renovation plan

Great location, comfy bed

Room 6 isn't ensuite, the bathroom is down the hall and you don't have the key so anyone could go in, no hooks nor shelf and the shaving light only works when you hold it. You can't have breakfast before 8.30 which was no use for me.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for public transport, shop and walking routes

it was well situated the staff were really nice it was close to all the shops

we found out that Robert Burns stayed there in the 1700 and we thought this was a good historical site and the the owners could use it to advertise there place the part owner was excited to hear this but a lady who was very rude and spoke over you all the time she said that she didnt like Robert Burns and poetry when i said that there was a plaque on the wall in the main street telling how Robert Burns was invited into the mosonic lodge we were told she didnt like Masons and it would put people of from coming then proceded to tell us that she would like diffrent people to use the hotel it was to upgrade her clientel so does this mean we pensioners are no longer wanted or liked in the hotel because of that statment we will never go back
