Irini's Home Sea View Naxos Dream by ΜΡS

The apartment is within a short walking distance of the lovely Pyrgaki Beach. It has a great balcony where you can enjoy stunning sunsets and gaze at the stars at night. Parking is conveniently located close to the apartment. The apartment has a clean, modern feel, a comfortable bed, a large fridge with a freezer section, and a spacious shower (by Greek standards). It also has a safe and a good-quality smart TV. Overall, a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

A few things should be improved. The location information provided was not accurate. We spent around 30 minutes trying to find the correct apartment. According to the Google Maps pin sent to us, the apartment appeared to be in the first row of units, whereas it is actually in the second row. It is reached via a side road going up the hill, rather than from the main road as indicated by the pin. The entrance to the apartment is also from the back of the building. More accurate directions and a clear description of the entrance would have made arrival much easier. Although the apartment has a lovely design, some practical aspects seem to have been overlooked. There is not much storage or space to unpack clothes and belongings, which is inconvenient for a longer stay. The kitchen was also not sufficiently equipped. There was only one mug, no wine opener, no wine glasses, and only a very limited number of plates and other basic kitchen items. There is a washing machine, but no drying rack or washing line for hanging wet towels and swimming costumes. An iron is provided, but there is no ironing board. Our biggest concern was the procedure for dealing with technical problems or emergencies. We were informed that, in such cases, the managing agency needs to contact the owner and obtain approval before arranging technical assistance or repairs. This could potentially lead to significant delays, particularly in an emergency. To be fair, communication with the managing agency itself was responsive. Overall, the apartment is nicely designed and has potential, but improving the practical facilities, providing more accurate arrival instructions, and having a faster procedure for dealing with maintenance or emergencies would significantly improve the guest experience.
