Kastraki Gem Villa

Белоснежная вилла с бассейном. На первом этаже совмещенная кухня с гостинной, вниз и вврерх по лестнице по комнате (2 туалета и 2 душа), на верхнем этаже просторный балкон, на нижнем этаже стиральная и сушильная машины. Своя небольшая территория, бассейн, гриль, стол на улице, лежаки. В доме было все необходимое: на кухне специи, чай, кофе, масло и тд, средства для посудомойки и стиральной машины. Очень заботливая и общительная хозяйка. До моря 3 минуты на машине. Дикий чистый пляж с мягким песочком. В гости приходят котики)

La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée pour 5, située dans un superbe village, à proximité il y a des bars, des épiceries, et la plage (accessible rapidement à pied). L'hôte a été ultra réactive à chaque message !

Comme il faut dire quelque chose, le canapé lit est assez basique, mais honnêtement ça le fait pour un 5ème convive !!! La maison doit être idéale à 4.

Beautiful house with great potential and well equipped. The little swimming pool is much appreciated. Located at the end of the compound, it offers privacy, though the atmosphere feels a bit unfinished as some houses are still under construction, The house is close to the beach of Kastraki, the most beautiful beach in the island. Plenty of Restaurants nearby by car. Sea view from the balcony, beautiful!

Not easy to park in front of the house. The garden is not finished compare to the other houses.

The house itself was very good with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay.

The location is fairly rural which didn't matter to us as we had a car however it is the last house in the row and is right beside a field which was full of roosters/hens which never stopped making noise day & night. After the first night we did consider sleeping in the downstairs bedroom which was quieter but the noise was constant throughout the day. While l know the owners of the house can do nothing about this it was too much for us and we left and found alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay on Naxos..
