Disappointing

Wasnt clean and it was cold during the night. Mosquitoes were everywhere and no devices to use. We barely had enough toilet paper.

Nice apartment, good price in Aliki, Paros

Apartment had 2 bedrooms, with doors, as advertised. Fivos Apartments has a good location as it is walking distance to the village of Aliki where there are restaurants, a market, other shops, and a cute beach. It was easy to park the rental car on the street just by the Fivos entrance. Aliki is a good place to use as base to visit the island of Paros. Our host, Mr Aquiles was a very friendly and kind man. We liked having our breakfast each morning sitting at the terrace just outside our bedroom.

A fantastic place to relax, quiet area and very close to the beach and restaurants

Very well maintained and clean, you can tell that the owner cares about the property and offering wonderful hospitality. The owner was also very accommodating regarding our last minute request for early check in. Everything you need for a short or long stay is available. The cleaning staff are exceptional.

Narrow streets, it's not always easy to find a parking spot, sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot close to the apartments; The cleaning can be improved Challenging to communicate in English with the staff

Great location, nice friendly staff, we were moved rooms and the first bed was very comfy, the second bed was very squeaky although still comfy Very clean

Only thing to be aware of was we were asked to pay more for air conditioners even though we thought it was included but to be fair energy prices have shot up, a difficult situation for the owner, especially if people leave it on all the time

Clean, hosts are very friendly, it’s quiet, would recommend! Less than 10 minutes walk from the center, where most of the restaurants are, closest beach is on 5 minutes walk

There wasn’t mosquito net (in most rooms), there wasn’t cold water on the bathroom sink (only hot) and the bath tub is too small…

The host was very welcoming, ample parking, exceptional attention to detail and customer service. The place was very beautiful and the kitchen was better equipped than my place at home. Very clean, beds were comfy, no mosquitos.

Bait and switch

Whether it was booking.com at fault or the facility.....we did not get what was advertised. I would suggest the property not deal with booking as there was certainly a miscommunication in who got charged what. I ended up paying 3 different times and didn’t get the original option I choose. I will not be using booking again, and will work with managers directly.

Very comfortable beds. There was cold water upon our arrival with some delicious chocolates. We had espresso capsules in the room. We were allowed to do a very late check out which made our day. There was a beautiful beach less than 300m away.

Beautiful, Clean & Spacious

The roof garden is a beautiful area to chill out in for an hour or 2, great views & particularly at night with all the stars. The decor throughout the property is very fresh & chic. The owner is friendly & helpful & the place is well signposted/located, making it easy to find! I would definitely stay again if back in Aliki! Thank you.

Maravillosa!

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, es súper limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para quedarse en familia, está bien ubicado ya que está a 10 minutos de la playa de Aliki, todo es súper cómodo y las personas son súper amables, están pendientes para atender cualquier cosa que uno necesite, es un súper lugar! Se siente como en casa

Sehr gepflegte gemütliche Anlage, in der Nähe zum Flughafen und Strand. Ruhige Gegend. Sehr nette Besitzer.

Betten mit matratzen in die Jahre gekommen aber gings noch. Fehlender großer wasserkocher. Für 4 Personen für Kaffee mussten wir das Wasser in einem Topf kochen. Sonst war die Ausstattung ausreichend.

Tre giorni gradevoli

La camera era grande e spaziosa. Presentava un piccolo angolo cucina dotato di ogni confort. Avevamo a disposizione un piccolo spazio esterno dotato di uno stendino. La struttura si trova a poco più di 5 minuti dal porticciolo. Il signore ci ha accolto con un cioccolatino di ben venuto e successivamente ci ha regalato dei souvenir.

La camera è un po’ datata. In bagno il doccino della doccia sembrava rotto e il porta asciugamani non era ben agganciato. Il condizionatore è posizionato in modo che l’aria arriva diretta in testa, non molto piacevole. Per il check out nessuno ci ha dato indicazioni e quando siamo andati via non c’era nessuno.

Stor fin leilighet med flotte uteplasser. Likte spesiellt den store felles takterrassen som kun vi brukte:) godt utstyrt leilighet, grei plass til 5 personer. 7 min å gå til nærmeste strand

Jevnt over rent, men vasket kun gulvet en gang på oppholdet vårt, med blanke hvite fliser blir det ganske skittent etterhvert. Eieren bor i naboleiligheten, veldig hyggelig mann. Hadde vært deilig med et basseng.

Se encuentra alejado de las principales centro de turismo, en Aliki cerca de un puerto pesquero lindo paseo para ir a comer. Nos recibio el dueño un señor que nos dejo entrar temprano y muy simpatico y calido su recibimiento

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza,la ducha es muy pequeña y no salia agua bien caliente, no me contestaron mucho mis mensajes con antelacion lo cual me preocupaba un poco

Nice holiday

Il piccolo residence è molto carino e caratteristico della zona, curato nell'estetica e nei particolari. Gli spazi dell'appartamento sono comodi ed è provvisto dello stretto necessario. Il servizio è ottimo, tutti i giorni l'appartamento viene rassettato. È comodo al piccolo centro.

La zona è provvista di pochi parcheggi e solo a pagamento. Il prezzo è alto . A giugno non c'erano problemi e abbiamo sempre trovato posto lungo la strada nei dintorni del residence, ma in luglio e agosto forse è difficoltoso. L'appartamento è dotato di un minimo di stoviglie, non sufficienti per cucinare.

Très bon séjour sur l'île de Paros

Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien entretenu. Poubelle de tri des déchets. De quoi étendre le linge. De la place à proximité pour se garer. Supermarché, centre ville et port tout proche.
