    Hotel baru Bilik tidak terlalu luas dab tidak sempit Sesuai untuk dua orang Ada ruang untuk solat, cukup untuk solat seorang, tak boleh nak berjemaah. Ada meja dan kerusi Smart tv, kalau ada Netflix boleh login guna akaun sendiri, jika tidak boleh layan YouTube. Channel biasa tiada Aircond sejuk Katil Queen yang selesa Bantal ada dua sahaja Ada side table tepi katil Toilet sangat lah selesa dan luas. Lokasi memang strategik Betul betul depan Hospital USM. Jalan kaki ke hospital less than 5 minutes. Parking banyak, tapi jika waktu peak, antara 9am to 5pm, memang penuh. Berdekatan dengan pasaraya, kedai makan pun banyak, berdekatan sahaja dengan self service laundry. Apa apa pun, recommended !

    Kami repeat kali kedua hotel ni, btw hotel ni ok mudah apa semua tp first check in dulu.. environment bilik mmg akan dgr semua bende, bilik sebelah dgr org mandi , berak kentut apa semua kami ok je tkde complaint sbb fikir hotel bajet normal la dan kami pun ada bukak tv sampai tertido sampai pagi esok okey je . Tp kecewa harini , check in kali kedua ... Dpt bilik ada taik dlm lubang jamban . Call byk kali baru angkat calm tp its sokeyla dpt tukar bilik. Tukar bilik floor 1 tepi bilik staff cleaning or something else, kami tido bilik tu bukak tv then tertido sampai pagi, staff duk ngepek kabo tk hormat ore la bising gapo lahhh jate tino samo jah mulut jahakk pastu duk nganjing perli gitu.. kalau tk suka bole ketuk bilik tegur cara baik if kami salah apa semua. sepanjang kami sibuk bersiap dgr staff housekeeping mcm perli kutuk kami dahla lama nyapoh aku . 2nd bilik kami yg lepas tukar tu pun jamban prob ergh. Ye tahu hotel bajet tp jgn bt cust tersinggung mcm ni ye mohon lepasni perbaiki sikap staff tq 😊
