    Customer service ok, baik, senang urusan. Kedengaran suara/bising bilik sebelah, bilik tiada cerek air panas, tidak sediakan air mineral, tv tidak boleh on @ rosak, katil bersih,air mandi slow, bilik mandi tidak disediakan syampu @ sabun mandi, ubat gigi tiada. Tangga nak ke bilik kotor,seram. Ok la tu hotel bajet kan. Faham je, Sesuai untuk pasangan cauple sahaja. Lorong bilik tu ada pontianak. Dia tak kacau dewasa, tapi apabila kanak2 atau bayi nampak mesti menangis. Tak sesuai untuk kanak2 atau bayi. Maaf tuan tanah, saya hanya review jujur.
