    had a very pleasant 3D2N stay at Royal Guest House Kota Bharu. Overall, everything was comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and all the towels were spotless and looked almost new. Honestly, I couldn’t find any issue when it came to cleanliness. 👍🏻 When I first checked in, a few appliances such as the water heater and hair dryer weren’t ready in the room. However, I contacted the receptionist and they were very helpful and promptly sent them to my room. All the staff I met were friendly and accommodating. I actually booked the hotel a few months in advance, and at that time the website only showed a twin-bed room available. I contacted the admin, and they were kind enough to accommodate my request and arrange a queen-size room instead. Really appreciate the effort and good service! 🥰 The location is also very strategic, especially if you’re planning to explore Kota Bharu city. Most attractions are within easy reach. And a bonus point; there’s Nasken Coffee right in the hotel! ☕️ I highly recommend trying their chicken chop because it was SOOOO GOOD! 😂❤️ Overall, it was a really nice stay. Would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Kota Bharu. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a pleasant one!

    First time to Kelantan. The location was top notch. Walkable distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah. The room was too small for us to do our prayers. The cleanliness need to be improved. We had alot of ulat sawang in our room.
