Proprietario disponibile per i bisogni, ci ha cambiato il ventilatore (non c'è aria condizionata) non funzionante e la bombola del gas di domenica sera. Lavatrice, cucina con frigo e fornelli disponibili, poca pulizia di altri elettrodomestici. Letto comodo e tavolo con sedie in camera, asciugamani e lenzuola puliti, bagno in comune pulito ogni giorno dallo staff. Posizione ideale per stazione e mezzi per l'aeroporto, per raggiungere il centro almeno 20 minuti a piedi, attenzione agli scarafaggi per strada. Il proprietario parla l'inglese, cosa rara nelle strutture.
Sistema di ingresso poco sicuro e porte difficilissime da aprire con le chiavi, vasca del bagno molto vecchia e rovinata, sistema di scarico del wc praticamente rotto.
