Great location, about 5 minutes to walk from Biosfera and 10 mins from the beach / Avenida de las Playas although it is all uphill. Quiet area. Quiet neighbours. Apartment was clean. Well equipped. Bed comfortable.
No A/C - it was 27c inside all the time. I had to pay to rent a portable AC unit as it was unbearable at night. It looks like other apartments in the block have AC. The cheap plastic leather sofa is falling to bits, and every time you move on the sofa pieces of fake leather fall on the floor so you end up needing to clean every day. Went a full day with no running water. Not easy to park in this area. I think for €800+ I’d expect A/C.
