fantastic view ! private bedroom in a family apartment, private bathroom, shared kitchen and living spaces

First of all, I would like to mention the stunning view from the apartment, as well as the wonderful hosts Jacques and Sophie, who were so attentive to our needs. The apartment is located in a safe, charming upscale neighborhood of Nice, set in a hilly area featuring luxurious mansions. The apartment is comfortable and super clean, equipped with everything one might need during the stay. Our wonderful hosts provided us with great choice of food for breakfast :) Public transport is within walking distance, and a supermarket is a 5–10 minute walk away. Great choice of any kind of beaches. You can easily walk to the rocky beaches, or take public transport (or drive or rent bikes in the supermarket near the house :) ) and go to the Nice public beach as well as visit Villefranche-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat if you prefer pebble or sandy beaches. Wonderful seafood restaurants in the port btw :) We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Amazing time!

It’s amazing apartment with amazing view and very well facilitate

We were lucky to be all alone in this wonderful home , we can imagine it would have been less convenient if there were more guests ,especially with the bathroom that is separated from the room although it’s private.

Jack ist der beste, freundlichste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeber, den man sich nur vorstellen kann. Alles hat super geklappt, wir wurden von Jack erwartet. Großes schönes Zimmer, gutes Bad, alles sehr sauber, sehr gutes Internet und ein Balkon mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Wir sind zu Fuß nach Nizza gelaufen, es sind ein paar Treppen, aber das geht locker. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage am Hang mit atemberaubenden Ausblick! Ausstattung pragmatisch aber sauber! In der Gemeinschaftsküche waren viele Lebensmittel für den gemeinsamen Verzehr.

Die Betten sind klein und leider leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Damit wäre es perfekt!
