The staff was friendly. They were always available when I needed help or clarification. The internet is fast. The location is great. It is a walking distance to Nice Riquier Station. Works perfectly if you want to explore the region and beat the crowds from Nice Main Station. It is also by the tram station so going to old town or other neighborhoods are super easy.

This apartment offers exceptional value for money, and it had absolutely everything my child and I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, there are grocery stores and bakeries right across the street, and getting to the center is incredibly easy—either by a direct tram ride or a pleasant walk.

Affordable, comfortable, and clean apartments in Nice. Convenient location — close to a tram stop for easy travel to the sea or the city center. There is also a nearby train station, from which you can travel to Cannes, Monaco, and other places on the French Riviera.

The location was great and the room was very clean. The coffee maker was also a good detail.
I didn’t like that they had no option to separate the beds. The room was so small, they didn’t have an even small soaps or towels for face or hair. It was just towel for shower. And there was no air conditioning except the ceiling lamp with fan which was not enough,
