Location was great. A short walk to a grocery store, restaurant, 7/11, and vending machines right outside. The closest station (Okubo) was around a 6 minute walk and goes directly to Shinjuku station. Another station with the JR Yamanote Line (green line) is around 10 minutes away.
Bathroom and toilet room were modern, water pressure was great in shower and sink. Having washing machine was convenient. Bedding was clean and so were the towels provided. The fridge, microwave, AC, WiFi, and TV were all fine too, I used them daily. Shampoo, body wash, dish soap, and extra toilet rolls were provided. Instructions for check in were easy to follow.
The AC unit and air vents could use a deep clean, were dusty. Had to clean washing machine before use. Couch was different than the one in the photos and could use a stain removal. Bar soap for the sink did not look new.
