Charming Studio 5min walk from Palaio Faliro beach

The apartment is very clean, everything smells nice. The host was awesome, very helpful and responsive. There were a lot of amenities such as coffee, juices, shampoo, body wash, towels, etc. It is a 7min walk to the beach. There is a nice private outdoor area. Also the WiFi is good and there is a free netflix account.

The studio is very comfortable, well designed with plenty of space for two people and a garden where you can sit outside in the afternoons. It’s very close to the beach, both public and private where you can rent a sunbed and umbrella. The tram to the center of Athens is also nearby, just 10 minutes away, very convenient if you want to go sightseeing. There are some great restaurants in Palaio Faliro, if you want to eat outside. There’s also Lidl supermarket nearby as well as a bakery. But most importantly the hosts are amazing. They welcomed us with an air conditioned apartment, various fruit and a bottle of chilled wine. They were very helpful with recommendations on what to see in the area and were always there when we needed something. We even got a nice present on our way out. I can highly recommend this studio and Palaio Faliro, if you want to be close to the beach and just a tram ride to the center of Athens! Thank you Maria!
