Stamford Hill Luxury Suites

The location was excellent for us. It was spacious and light. The bathrooms were very good and clean and modern. The kitchen was okay. It was warm. The main bedroom was alright sheets not ironed- the smaller bedroom was not.

Upon arrival we did not have access to the key lock. I contacted the ‘owner’ he says he sent a video with instructions. I had not received the video. So we had no idea where the fob was. Eventually we got the video and obtained the fob. Unfortunately, the fob did not work. Luckily someone let us in the main entrance and were able to enter the flat but because we did not have the correct fob we couldn’t leave the building because we could get back in again! The young man did come to the flat with the correct fob and was very apologetic. Which was nice. Upon inspection of the smaller bedroom it was obvious that the bedding had not been ironed. The owner apologised again for this. I decided to inspect the four pillows on the bed and quite frankly they had no place in a “Luxury Suite”. All four pillows were old and stained. There was a stain on the fitted sheet. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there were a lot of stains. The kitchen bin had not been emptied.
