Modern Studio in Excellent Location 8

It is fascinating how tiny an apartment can be. However, it has everything included. It is charming and the house looks nice. The apartment is very clean, the bed was comfortable. It is located directly on the High Road, thus you hear a constant noise from the cars with windows open - but it did not disturb me. The location is just perfect - in the center of Stamford Hill. The little apartment was very convenient for single use - it might have been a little too small for 2 or for more luggage. No clothes/coat hooks available. The communication with the (anonymous) host was perfect, friendly, and helpful. I felt well cared for. After the booking was finalized, one is asked for a deposit - which was irritating at first (I did not recall to read about this beforehand). However, this way the host probably ensures that the inventary is treated with care. The WLAN worked well. For future travels to Stamford Hill this will be my preferred accommodation.

Property was clean and tidy when we turned up. For the price you can’t fault it in terms of the actual facilities. Easy check in and good transport links which is exactly what we wanted as we were visiting friending in Finsbury Park

It was very very noisy so not good if you’re a light sleeper. Traffic outside is non stop all night pretty much so in the warmer months you have to choose whether to sleep with the window shut to stop the noise or open the windows and put up with it. It might be a good idea to keep a fan in the apartment for guests so they don’t need to choose between being hot but quiet or cool but loud.

Great location not far from train stations. The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was easy to talk to.

We had the twin room in apartment 2, which was not the same room as the pictures but still very nice. There is also an additional deposit charge, which is not on the booking price.
