This thoughtfully arranged space features two comfortable single beds, a small kitchenette equipped with essential appliances and utensils for light meal preparation, a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work or study, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a TV for your viewing pleasure. Fresh linens, towels, and complimentary essentials are provided to ensure a seamless start to your stay.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:
1. £250 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £25 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through a STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
