Uptown Suites NY

This property was gorgeous and very comfortable! I really appreciate there being an AC unit in every bedroom and in the kitchen living space area. It’s also right near the subway station! I also walk with a cane and there was an elevator available, which is good because the apartment was on the 6th floor.

I tried to contact the property manager a couple of time and got no response, I was also give 2 different address and when I tried to contact them I heard nothing back, the address we stayed at was not the same as on the reservation on booking.com. Also our original reservation was canceled a few days before our trip with seemingly no reason, but they fixed that fast and easy for us. Also the new reservation said it was supposed to be me and 2 guests, but it was really ment for me an 6 other people, though this didn’t seem to pose and issue just a bit confusing. There are 2 bathrooms and they were both clean however the showers in one of them is very small and the door is supposed to open both ways but if you open it out it get stuck on the door handle and opening it into the shower is such a tight squeeze to the point I could not used it and had to use the bigger shower. Also the shower tiles were a bit rough in my bare feet.

Great stay in Harlem! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. For 3 bedrooms was worth the price. The location is fantastic—easy access to Central Manhattan and just a short walk to multiple subway lines, making it convenient to explore the city. Great communication from the host and a smooth check-in process. Would definitely stay here again.
