Welcome to Morningside Manor, a historic townhouse in the Upper West Side that was seamlessly transformed by award-winning architect Suchi Reddy that boasts 3300 sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home is only a block away from Central Park and has been meticulously modernized with recent renovations that include architectural glass for the staircase enclosures, oak floors, updated recessed lighting, and white walls throughout.
This fifth bed is a murphy bed (queen-sized) located in the basement. Enjoy the open loft-life space with 10-ft ceilings, and the private roof deck. With a sun-filled interior, meticulously restored exterior, and a whimsical backyard oasis, this home is the perfect sanctuary.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Due to the delicate design of this residence, we recommend it for adults and non-crawling infants only. For families with children, please ensure that the balcony and rooftop are only accessed under adult supervision.

The Upper West Side is home to Lincoln Center, which hosts performing-arts institutions like the Metropolitan Opera and New York City Ballet. Amid the grand apartment buildings of Central Park West, the American Museum of Natural History presents everything from dinosaurs to outer-space exhibits. On weekends, families emerge from stately brownstones on quiet side streets to line up for brunch or bagels.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
