Spacious 4-bedroom apartment in delightful NYC Manhattan sleeps 9

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Location was great, the host was very communicative, and the space was clean! Highly recommend.

Great convenient clean place. Would choose again if we come back to NY! 1. Wish unit had paper towels or napkins and a washer dryer..2. ants were a problem in the back room3. No TV in the living area only in one back bedroom!

We did not have AC but didnt need it. Not alot of extras, blankets etc. Since AC didnt work neither did heaters. So it did get cold. Faucet in bathroom was very loose. Lots of noise from neighbors, but they are only blocked by a piece of plywood, and the basement entrance is really loud with a metal door and people. The area is typical NY, seemed safe and had good food near by. (Sylvia's)Subway is a 10min walk.

Ethan was very responsive as a host. The apartment was a decent size for our group of 8, considering you're in NYC. The neighborhood is not the worst or the best. We were surprised that the original house was split up into different apartments. The door that divides the 2 different apartments in the living room either had loud music coming from it or marijuana smoke. There is a spiral staircase that goes nowhere. The upstairs is blocked off because it's part of a different apartment. The only thing separating the two is a piece of plywood. These things made it awkward to feel comfortable and for privacy. The apartment would be much better with some permanent fixes to the divided spaces.
