A simpatia do Dr Alexandre desde que chegamos até à hora de virmos embora, sempre atento ao que necessitamos, para que a nossa estadia fosse 100% agradável. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. O espaço exterior muito bonito. Todo o hotel está muito bem decorado, simples, mas com muito bom gosto. Voltaremos com certeza, foi mesmo muito agradável!

Nada a apontar, só lá estivemos uma noite, se ficasse uma semana gostaria que o quarto de banho tivesse mais arrumação para colocar os pequenos itens de toilette, como cremes, perfumes, desodorizantes, etc

Zimmer sind sehr schön neu renoviert. Einrichtung modern. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft zum Frühstück sehr lecker

Abwicklung des Frühstücks etwas zäh, da jeder auf seinen Frühstückskorb warten muss. Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück sehr begrenzt, bei einem 5* Hotel haben wir mehr erwartet. Pool Reinigung sollte definitiv öfter gemacht werden.

Espaço calmo, tranquilo e boa piscina.

O pequeno-almoço. Pobre em diversidade, sem oferta de ovos ou fruta variada. Só havia croissant num dia com oferta apenas de fatias de pão.

The room (No. 6) was great, in a good sqm/ area, and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was also nice, although unfortunately there was a very strong sewage smell that could be felt throughout the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. The lounge manager was really nice and always worried but with short resources to help.

Overall I felt that the level of service did not match the premium positioning or the price of the hotel. I completely understand that this is a new operation and that finding and training good staff can be challenging, but as a guest, the experience still needs to meet the expectations created by the price and positioning. It was often difficult to find someone when we needed assistance, and some basic details were missing. There was a strong sewage smell in our bathroom, and around the hotel, the water in the room was not replenished, and there was no air conditioning in the common living area, despite me asking about it. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The selection was quite limited and items took a long time to be replenished. I asked for a four-minute boiled egg and was told there were no eggs available, only a prepared egg-white mixture. I also asked for pancakes, but they were unable to make them. The bar was another example: there was often nobody there to serve guests. The pool water was cloudy, and the bottom of the pool had a greenish colour. Finally, although the room itself was comfortable, I felt that some of the finishes and details in the common areas were quite basic and did not reflect the premium standard the hotel appears to be aiming for. I appreciate that the hotel is still at an early stage, but I think there is a significant gap between the experience being promised and the service currently being delivered.
