The house was perfect for us. Maybe. Bit too far from the beach but we learned our way around. Rent a bike for the week, something we did not do. The foodstore has a very limited choice so we took the carferry and went foodshopping in Setúbal. We have neither car nor bikes so we walked to the beach and to the restaurants. The beaches are amazing. This is for those who want a relaxing vacation. We had the small pool at the house but spent most time on the sandy dunes. Gorgeous!
The beds in our house was so hard. Bad backs after the stay, but other than that… nothing really to complain about.

The location is gorgeous and the villa was nice.
Overall maintenance of the villa, missing basic things such as outdoor furniture and cushions, soaps. The beds were super uncomfortable, the baby crib was terrible.

Villa was spacious. Furniture is modern. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice little sauna and pool area.
