The standout was the staff there, and in my case, most notably, Maria. Having contact with the property via WhatsApp was great, and Maria was fabulous and incredibly attentive in ensuring I had everything I needed for a great stay, even suggesting nearby restaurants as options for dining.
My only criticism is just making the property easier to access when guests first arrive. The front door is locked, there is no bell and no sign. As staff aren't always available at the front desk it can make it very confusing and difficult for guests when they first arrive.

Alles perfect in orde. Grote kamer en badkamer. Heel netjes, elke dag opgenet. Lekker ontbijt, alles aanwezig. Heel vriendelijk en hulpvolle eigenares en personeel.
Wat drukke straat maar gratis parking voor de deur.

I highly recommend Arrábida Guest House as a really comfortable base to explore the area. For those lazy days when you just want to chill, there's a lovely pool area that gets the sun (and some shade) all day long.
Excellent choice at breakfast, very comfortable room and all beautifully furnished.
