No hay nada en particular.

The location was excellent in terms of quick access to the train that connects to the airport and other cities, but also close to the city center (it's perfectly walkable, but if we're tired we can come by metro). The pod was clean, tidy, meeting expectations. The whole hostel looked great and the staff were friendly and attentive. The bathrooms also looked good and were clean.

Several things need (and can) be improved, while others I find difficult but would also provide better comfort. First improvement: increase the number of hooks, both in the showers (there aren't any to hang clothes) and in the pods (mine had a tiny one, and if we're supposed to use the same towel for several days, we need hooks that allow us to leave the towel to dry). Second improvement: if they're unlikely to improve soundproofing the pods, at least provide earplugs. The guy in the pod next to me snored extremely loudly; it sounded like he was lying next to me (the only way I could sleep was by wearing noise-canceling headphones). Third improvement: the stairs leading to the upper pods. If they don't find a way to improve the stairs leading to the pods, I guarantee there will be several falls in the near future. They are too steep and there's little space to put your feet. Fourth improvement: soundproofing the bathrooms. The fact that they made the bathrooms open onto the pod area was not a good idea. At night, when people use the bathroom (shower or use the toilet), it feels like we're there with them. You can hear everything. Because most people don't remember to slide the door that separates the bathroom area from the pods.

Location.

Nobody at the desk to let us in on arrival. Waited outside in intense heat for approx 15 mins. Reception worker was on an errand and returned without so much as an apology. No assistance/escort to the pod or information about facilities eg refreshments/water etc. Pod felt a little too claustrophobic and no proper air. Noise from other guests entering or using bathroom/toilet. Shower floors very wet and slippery and nowhere to hang towel or clothing whilst showering.
