Breakfast not included. Location was 1km+ out of town but in front of Zania beach which is beautiful. Perfect for us.
Check in and obtaining keys. We were asked to wait fron an indefinate period outside in 35+C temperatures while someone would be sent to meet us. This was after stipulating a check in time via Booking - no reply received. Apparantely I missed an email that was sent to me about 45 minutes before my arrival. Please improve this aspect. The kichen needs improvement and better though out. We found using the kettle to be unsafe due to the arrangement of the kitchen cupboards and the electrical sockets.

We stayed in a lovely room with a charming local Greek design. The space was clean and well-kept. The shower, however, was missing the wall-mounted holder, which was a small inconvenience. The host was very helpful and provided us with a guide to the surrounding area, sharing recommendations about nearby places to visit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere.
I would recommend keeping realistic expectations and focusing on the positive sides, as there is still a lot to appreciate. With a few refinements, this could easily become a much better experience for future visitors.

Nice studio with a great terrace overlooking the sea just outside of Sivota. Very good communication with the management, they gave us lots of recommendations for food, drinks, what to experience in the area. Studio was clean and the service good.
