Appartamentino davvero confortevole e silenzioso con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Zavia raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e munito di parcheggio privato con pineta. Il proprietario e' un uomo dolce ed affettuoso che a fine soggiorno ci ha regalato anche uova di quaglia

L'accoglienza del signor Vassilis è stata calorosa e premurosa. La casa ha una vista clamorosa sul mare e la posizione è top per raggiungere rapidamente tutte le spiagge di Syvota. La spiaggia privata a disposizione è pazzesca, con acqua cristallina e totalmente riservata.

The apartment is located in an amazing spot near Sivota with great views. It is super clean and spacious for a couple.

The surroundings of the apartment need to be taken care of. You get the feeling that the garden is abandoned and not well maintained. We believe that with a bit extra work and care the property will stand out. Also, we didn’t enjoy that we could not have the privacy we were asking for.

The only thing that is worth of this pretty high price is the view which is amazing, you can watch sunset every evening. Also you can go by walk to the two nearest beaches Zavia and Mega Amos.

The hygiene in this apartment is very low. First day as we came there I found dead insects at some dishes, so I had to wash all the dishws in the kitchen before usage. Also the toilet seat was dirty, but fortunately I bring some disinfectant so I could clean it before using it. We were there for five nights and for all that period they didn’t clean the apartment. We got clean sheets and towels after I asked for that, the same was with toilet paper… Definitely they don’t maintain it properly.
