The apartments are newly renovated. All kitchen accessories and the stove were brand new. There is a coffee machine. Restocking coffee and cleaning the room every three days. The towels and bed sheets are white, and everything is clean and fresh.The garden is well-kept, with lovely spots to sit under the olive trees, and there are sun loungers for sunbathing. Close to beaches, adorable balcony and sea view.
Huge thanks to the whole team working on these apartments, and a special thanks to Evan, who was always there, ready to help, answer any questions, and give tips on interesting places to visit.This accommodation is a solid 100 out of 10! Everything is organized so well that guests do not disturb each other. If you don't look at the number of cars in the parking lot, you get the impression that you are the only ones there.

Breakfast is not included in the stay. The property is located 250m from Zavia Beach, a small, peaceful spot with clean and refreshing water. Sunbeds are available for rent at the beach bar. The staf were young, friendly and helpfull.
We had nothing we didn't like. The stay was very nice.

Everything.
Host is amazing and always willing to help. Apartments are clean, all the amenities are available.
Cleaning happens frequently.
Literally haven’t been at a quieter place.
Garden is beautiful, you can spend countless of hours there.
2 stunning beaches on 3-5 min walk from the apartments.
Sivota centre is on 15-min by foot.
Will be coming again and again every year!
