1. The 2 cleaning women were very friendly and polite. 2. Place was clean 3. Wasbwithin 1 km of train station, bus station and beach. 4. The wifi worked 5. Low Cost

1. Microwave was not available 2. The trains are not very frequent (for Shkodra Lake) - not a fault of the apartment. 3. Too Early Check-out 4. I was going to give a solid 9, but then something really irked me. I wanted to checkout at 9, because in my 2 days stays the cleaning staff was always coming after 10am. On my day @8:10 am. But since they were so polite, I complied as was already almost done anyway, and moved my stuff outside so I don't become a hinderance to them. Now their boss lady came and unnecessarily started telling me that the guests were coming early "in 10 minutes", i.e. 9am so they needed to clean immediately. (I was told I can nit check-in before 12 noon, one hour after the check-in-time because the apartment was not clean, although they did manage to get me in @the check-in time of 11.) And now she and the owner were telling me about about other guests checking-in early (the boss lady calling it luck), when there was absolutely no need because i had already moved my breakfast out, and was zero hinderance to the cleaning staff (i asked them, and them confirmed I was not hindering them) and would be finished before them anyways. They did not have to wait on me any time other than the initial 5 minutes. I do not know whether those statements were to create unnecessary urgency or actually the guests were coming early (when I was denied), but sharing too much information leaves you a bad impression, especially when the guest is complying with you. That infomation/urgency had zero impact on anything, just a bad impression.
