A private seaside retreat with direct access to a public pebble beach, this four-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Designed across three levels, it offers sweeping views of the Adriatic, an infinity pool, expansive terraces, and high-end interiors. Guests enjoy daily cleaning, optional private chef and bartender services, and a seamless blend of elegance and comfort.
The Space:
The villa spans 400m² across three floors. On the first floor, an open-concept living and dining area features bamboo-covered high ceilings, a large wooden dining table, TV with soundbar, a bar area, and panoramic sea views. The gourmet kitchen includes a gas and electric stove, marble countertops, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and direct access to a gas BBQ area. The second floor houses the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a black freestanding bathtub, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private sea view terrace. On the ground floor are three additional guest bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, bamboo ceilings, tile floors, and modern glass showers.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the heated infinity pool, terraces, beach deck, kitchen, BBQ, and all four en-suite bedrooms. Direct access to the public beach is available via private stairs.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Gornji Sušanj, just outside the town of Bar, the villa is adjacent to a four-star restaurant and another luxury property. The area offers a tranquil coastal experience with the convenience of nearby dining and access to town amenities.
Getting Around:
The property is located directly off the main coastal highway, providing easy access by car. Three private parking spaces are included. Boat access is available from the floating deck beneath the neighboring restaurant when arranged.
Other Things to Note:
Daily cleaning is included. A refundable cash deposit of €1,000 is required upon check-in. Minimum stay is two nights. Music is permitted until midnight. Event hosting for up to 32 guests is possible but must be arranged in advance with in-house catering and a professional event planner. Outside food and drinks are allowed only on non-event days.
