Villa Hedonism

The house is stunning, better than the pictures show - real luxury. The layout is practical, the pool is big and the facilities are spot on (cooking, BBQ, table tennis, automatic garage etc) for a great stay away. The view is amazing and gets better the higher you go in the house. There was loads of space to relax and enjoy as a party of 5. It would be be even better for a group of 8 - we had more roo. Than we needed. The sunsets were unbelievable! Check in was super easy, the host had an interpreter there and both he and her were super friendly. Location is good, very close to Sveti Stefan and Budva. And Montenegro is small do day trips to Kotor and lake Skadar were easy to as the house is between the two. There is a lovely restaurant at the bottom of the hill (Bankada) and some beaches below that (Roho was the nicest one). Couldn't recommend more highly- the place was awesome...if in doubt book it!

Only downsides were minor. The house doesn't come with good instructions so we never found the lights for the pool and one day couldn't get the electric gates to work. Nothing that was a real problem but as the hosts English was a little limited we didn't want to ask for help. We also nearly forgot to do the tourist tax - not thr hosts fault just would have been good to have a reminder. Location was great to reach most of Montenegro but note that Budva seems to always have crashes and traffic issues and you need to go through it to go north.
