Joe was on site to welcome us, he was nice and friendly. They worked hard to clean but as they were rushed, some things were missed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Nice touch of chocolate in bedrooms.
The house wasn’t ready when we checked in at 3pm. He asked us to wait an hour while they carried on cleaning, but things missed like dead flies on window ledges, dirty socks in places, ants in kitchen. We paid for the full house but 2 bedrooms were locked causing 2 members to sleep on the sofas wasn’t ideal. Wanted to use the garden more but left messy.
