The size of apartment and location is perfect, especially for family with kids, as bonus it has some toys for kids and furniture.

The biggest disappointment was terrace, it was dirty from dust and bird excrements, so not for kids to play along as we expected. Smell of varnish on old furniture. Since the windows don’t seal expect to hear all the noise from the bars and promenade and insects in the apartment, mosquitoes finding its way inside and when we arrived there was dead hornet inside, so not a good sign for family with 1 year old baby. Door handles not working properly, sometimes not being able to keep closed doors to secure children especially terrace door. One blinds in living room not working attracting the insects at night when light was on. Minor manageable problem with cold water in kitchen not working, repaired after 3 days.
