Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, beach supplies available for use, excellent mattresses, host was friendly and responsive. Location could only have been better if it were across the street, 2 min walk to beach access. Close to everything. Sand shower and hose in carport were a big help.
Nothing is perfect but this was close! Host indicated the property would be remodeled this year too. If I had to nitpick I'd point out that the exterior doors were in need of replacing.
