Welcome to Lotus House by KEES Vacations!
This stunning, pet-friendly 7-bedroom Semi-Oceanfront property features pet-friendly amenities, a private heated pool, hot tub, game room, elevator, and more!
You will be amazed at the beauty of this home. With easy access to the awesome Outer Banks beaches, you are sure to never want to leave! Sit on the deck and stare out at the water for a truly relaxing experience.
Upon entry, walk straight through the First Level until you come to the wet bar and ice maker right near the doors from the pool area. The expansive backyard includes a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, picnic tables, and a half bath with an adjacent outdoor shower. What is more amazing than using an outdoor shower to clean the sand off of your body after a fun-filled day at the beach? There is also a propane grill for the grill masters in your group!
The second level includes five En Suites, each with a private bath. Three of the King bedrooms have ocean views and deck access. There is also an En Suite with Two Bunk Beds. Step out onto the covered balcony to enjoy views of the ocean. There is also a quaint sitting area and a laundry closet on this level.
The next level up is sure to please everyone in the group. You will find the great room, which has a seasonal fireplace, flat screen TV, and sliding door access to the covered deck with ocean views. The kitchen features two side-by-side stainless steel refrigerators and two dishwashers as well as an expansive island with bar seating. There is plenty of seating at the dining table. This level includes a King En Suite with ocean views (and a private bath) and a two Queen bed En Suite.
Want to stay inside and have some fun? Venture up to the fourth level to a pool table, arcade, wet bar, and media area with comfortable furniture along with large tv. Please note that the elevator does not go to this level.
Lotus House is sure to delight! With its light decor and modernized furniture as well as many options for places to enjoy oneself, your vacation at Lotus House will be nothing but fantastic. This home is also right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Venture out to take a trip to the Wright Brothers Memorial, the local restaurants and hangouts that are close by, or maybe go to some of the stores nearby.
**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. For now This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pool will open on March 29th and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
There are 6 parking spots for guests.
Lotus House is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!
**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.**

light over microwave needs bulb replacement, provide a broom/dustpan (we left the one we purchased), exterior carport recessed lights not working (no bueno coming in late), hot tub cover broken, highly suggest adding one or two more curbside trash cans, exterminator services for exterior perimeter (ants). House in great location if you like activities and easy store access. Love that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Awesome kitchen with two refrigerators and dishwashers - with huge island for gathering around, the party is always in the kitchen!

The place is a nice place and good amenities. The couch smelled like a dog. Most of the shower and soap dispensers were empty. There were several broken things and missing trim pieces. propane tank on the grill was empty when we went to use it. They brought us a full tank in 20 minutes.

At least some of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Especially noticeable up front was the bath in the bunk room where someone had an exlposion. Also, the facilityblacked a broom and dust pan, and mop/swiffer so that we could clean up after the kids when needed. I bought the broom, dust pan, and swiffer package myself.
