We again enjoyed our stay at Silver Lining. The owner's maintenance of the house is appreciated which is a challenge where salt in the environment is a challenge. We're booked already for 2025.

Punch list*Remotes have no batteries in most of the remotes *Ceiling fan in the sitting room on second floor didn’t work*Bedroom on the first floor lights don’t work*One of the large drawers in the kitchen is broken *Clothes dryer didn’t work from Monday on*Handle on hot tube cover*The speaker on the TV on the third floor (main floor) is going bad. Lots of static, will periodically cut out 100%, goes up and down by itself and gets worse as the day goes on. *built in on the third floor has a shelf that is falling apart. *Second floor bedroom on the ocean side sliding door won’t lock.
