Best view of Paris -Eiffel Tower

We loved the location and the view of the Eiffel Tower out the 2 bedrooms was lovely.

There were a few things that need to be fixed. The air conditioning in the master bedroom is leaking. There was a large bowl that was catching the drops of water that we had to empty out into the sink daily. There was also some drywall damage above the window in the master bedroom that was not pictured in the photos online. There were rips in the fitted sheet in the master bedroom along with several long hairs in the sheets when we went to sleep the first night. The baseboards are quite dusty and the floor needed vacuuming prior to arrival. We also encountered several spiders that crawled across the living room floor. We felt the owner should have done a better job at putting away some of her personal belongings. For example, when you walk in the front door you are greeted by a pile of personal belongings stacked on top of one another (tall cat tree, bicycle, boxes, etc.) There was also some miscommunication on when we were supposed to check in. Booking.com told me 3pm, however the host wanted us there at 2pm and was quite angry (yelling on the phone at us in French) when we didn't arrive at 2pm. We got stuck in traffic via uber for 20 minutes making us arrive at 3:20.
