Separate living room with a comfortable sofa (130-cm sofa bed) and armchairs for family gatherings.
The master bedroom features a 1.80-m double bed, a closet, and a giant flat-screen TV with cable channels in Spanish and children’s programming. This bedroom has direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 2 features a 1.40 m bed with a desk and a white wooden bookcase, containing a good selection of fine arts books to enjoy while in Paris.
Elegant bathroom with stained-glass windows and a walk-in shower. Toilet.
Washer/dryer/iron and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Entry to the apartment is through the main gate using an access code.
Head to the end of the hallway to the entrance door to Building B (wood and glass), which has an intercom.
Keys are handed over on the day of arrival.

You’re in the cultural heart of the city!!!
3. Grocery stores and cafes nearby?
A 3-minute walk away is the INNO store in the Passy Plaza shopping center, and “rue de l’Annonciation,” one of Paris’s most typical streets, with charming cafes and a marketplace offering fruits, fish, meats, and everything you could want in a traditional, rustic setting.
4. Airport? It depends—if you’re coming from Roissy Charles de Gaulle, it’s roughly €60 each way; if from Orly, about €30. This all depends on traffic. But don’t worry—all taxis use meters.
5. Who cleans the apartment? If you’d like someone to clean daily, there’s an additional cost of 20 € per hour.
6. Is it safe on the streets? Can you walk at night? The 16th arrondissement of Paris, and Rue de Passy in particular, is one of the quietest streets, as it’s a very popular shopping area. It’s also one of the most chic neighborhoods in the city.
7. How do you hand over the keys to us? On the day of arrival, someone will be waiting for you, show you around, and hand you the apartment keys along with an inventory. You must sign and agree to its contents.

We stayed for a month at this apartment. It was great! The location was perfect - in a residential area close to everything you could need. The apartment was charming and clean, and actually larger than it looked in the photos. Rosario was an excellent host, very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

My family could not of dreamed of a better apartment for our trip to Paris! Cute neighborhood with shopping and restaurants. Five minute walk to train station and 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. I would recommend this apartment a million times over!
