Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige und günstige Lage in einer Straße, die nur zu Fuß über Treppen zu erreichen ist. Parkplätze in einer Parallelstraße. Es gibt ein stabiles WLAN, Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, einige Steckeradapter vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine ist ein großes Plus. Die Dachterrasse ist im Sommer eher abends zu nutzen, am Vormittag liegt sie in der Sonne. Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsseltresor.
Die Kommunikation ist offenbar KI-generiert. In einem Waschbecken stand bei unserer Ankunft Wasser, ein weiterer Abfluss war verstopft, das Licht in einem der Bäder funktionierte nicht, in einem Bad gab es kein warmes Wasser, das Licht in einem anderen Bad funktionierte später auch nicht. Trotz Mängelmeldung wurde nur ein Teil der Probleme behoben.
