- The location is beautiful (it's up there!), with gorgeous views - The room was adorable! Really cute, you could tell it was decorated with care, and was very well stocked - from extra towels and cozy blankets to make up wipes and flavored syrups for your coffee, to a make up mirror, spices in the kitchen... they had it all! It was very comfortable / cozy and super clean. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we like the apartment. It was perfect for 2 people plus baby! I do think it would be too small for 4 people. The queen bed was super comfortable. - They did let us check in 2hrs early and also were kind when we ran a little late checking out (due to a bear blocking us on our way back to the condo in the parking lot).

- The bears in the area have been fed (by tourists) and trained to break into cars. Our friends stayed in the same complex and their truck was broken in by a bear for the third time during this stay - broken windshield, back windows smashed, and interior ripped apart. The bear got into 3 different cars in just one morning. Do what you will with that. - We booked this room because it literally said in the original description that the "best part about this room is the hot tub and indoor pool". It was the very first sentence. The listing still features an indoor pool and hot tub. This was an amenity that we wanted to use and had looked for. However, the indoor pool and spa were under construction and closed - no one ever mentioned this to us at time of booking or prior to arrival, or offered a partial refund or some sort of reimbursement since that amenity is, in fact, not part of the booking. This was a huge disappointment for us. We would not have booked had we known there is no hot tub.
