I liked the quiet. It was very peaceful

I did not like that when I contacted Jake about the tv not working when we checked in on time, when he "text" me to see how things were, and I told him that the internet was not working he did not respond. My whole argument is about the internet, you should let people know there is no internet aka tv. And when he did it was hmmm, I don't know why it's not working. Paid for Thursday through Sunday and left Saturday afternoon..... I do not recommend #5204

Refreshing and enjoyable

The property boasted breathtaking views from every direction. It was easy to find and conveniently situated near both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The WiFi was excellent, and the staff was friendly and readily available.

The apartment was not very clean. Sunflower seeds were on the floor, and dirt had been swept behind the door in the back bedroom. The front room was in better condition, but the entire apartment was noticeably dusty. Some kitchen dishes and appliances, including the Keurig and toaster, were not clean. The bathroom, shower, and tubs also needed better cleaning. Additionally, I was unaware that there was no elevator, which was challenging due to my mobility issues—I should have been assigned a downstairs unit. Despite these issues, our stay was still very pleasant overall.

Ok, for the price I would not stay there again.

The property was ok, the place was clean just dated. The floor in hallway felt like it was falling in. We had a roach craw across the counter and go under coffee pot.

For the location I was expecting a better views, the tree tops have grown up hiding views. The view from balcony is not like the picture.

We plan on going back next spring. We absolutely loved it there!

We absolutely loved our stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking. We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony! We saw a bear one morning and then on our way out we stopped for a bear to cross the road. Our son was so excited.

Nothing wrong with the facility, I forgot my favorite pillow.

Good value for the price and private.

Private, located outside of the chaos on the main strip. Great view from the balcony. Ample space. Backs up to wilderness and the Mountain Views and we awoke to a black bear wandering the grounds. That was amazing.

The ac is challenged. It was very hot when we arrived and it took hours for the ac to start working so we had to leave for a few hours to let it cool down. Wasn’t what we wanted to do after hours of driving. It would have been nice to at least have a fan or two to help. No building security and the building itself is old and in some areas literally rotting.

Neat, clean and it made us feel there was a special touch for us. For sure there was home sweet home feeling. We found what ever needed, in kitchen too. Thank you.

Amazing trip...

We loved being up where the view was beautiful. It was quiet and very nicely decorated. Everything you could need was provided. Also being on that side of Gatlinburg you could avoid all the traffic coming into the area from up Pigeon. And Jake, the owner was very easy to get a hold of when we had a question and stayed in contact...

We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. But it was ok the kids were just disappointed. The beds were alittle hard and could use like a memory foam mattress cover.

We liked the pool. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with pans and utensils, etc.

There were small cockroaches in the apartment. It was difficult for us, being older, to drag our luggage to the second floor. No elevators. The TV in the main bedroom did not work.

offers privacy for family. spectacular view of mountains from deck. Morning vibes are awesome, calm and quite except bird chirps. neat and clean.

Great getaway!

Location was great! As soon as we walked inside the condo/apartment it smelled great. My family was happy to be there too and it looks just like the pictures! Jake from the property was there messaging us and informing us what we needed to know! I just enjoyed being there. The view was stunning and we had enough beds for us four. I definitely will be back and for a longer stay! My family loved this place and location so much!

Some things I would say to add if possible is: 1.) Extra TP in each bathroom, 2.) Extra bedding for each bed and sheets for the pullout couch 3.) Maybe some coffee for the Keurig or the drip coffee maker We weren’t expecting them but it would have been nice to have.
