Heaves woodlands cottages and pods

The second we walked in we both said how clean it smelt and looked. It was super cosy, loved the little fairy lights. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. The woodlands are lovely its all very peaceful.

Not much not to like

It was soo clean and to a top standard for facilities, the shower was powerful, I just did t want to get out, the bed is super comfy, little bits left for us incase we forgot them, the veranda was situated in the perfect spot, the view was breath taking, we usually listen to music all the time, and for the first day and half, we just sat on the veranda, taking it all in, it’s beautiful just doesn’t seem to be strong enough, the little nooks in the wood too where really good, I was up at 7 one morning in the woods on my own sat on a comfy bench watching squirrels and having a read. And when it rained the veranda was undercover so we at one point had torrential rain and we just sat out watching it, we’ve loved it and want to come back and get the bigger pod, just so we have more room with the dogs. And your only 15-20 mins from Bowness

The pod is just perfect accommodation, beautifully in keeping with the woodland setting. Sitting on the covered balcony in the evening you're looking straight out over miles of countryside. Everything has been thought of. On arrival there are tea and coffee provisions and milk in the fridge. The bed was superbly comfortable and we slept well every night. The location is fantastic. Just a short 20 minute drive to Windermere and exploring the lakes. Everything about this stay was superb, and for less than the price of a Travelodge it was also excellent value for money. We had days out to the lakes but also made the trip across to Haworth to visit the Brontë Parsonage, about an hour and a half away.

Everything was perfect.
