Der Vermieter hat sich sehr bemüht, alles ordentlich und mit großen Komfort einzurichten und vorzubereiten. Das Zimmer war auch für meinen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Auch die täglich langgezogenen Orgasmen der Nachbarin hatten zum Amüsement beigetragen.

Gute Lage nahe am Bahnhof, aber auch in Nähe einer grossen Strasse und Nähe von zwei Beizen, am Wochenende war es etwas lärmig. Sehr sauber. Sorgfältig vorbereitet. Unkompliziert. Viele gute Unterlagen zu Bayreuth. Interessante Bücher auf einem Gestell. Mikrowelle (keine Kochplatten), Wasserkocher, Tee- und Kaffeebeutel, Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion in Sizilien. Grosser Kübel für die Mülltrennung und -entsorgung. Gute Dusche, mit Shampoo und Seife.
Lampe beim Bett gibt praktisch kein Licht, keine Chance damit zu lesen. Wlan-Code nirgends in der Wohnung hinterlegt (er kam per E-Mail), aber ich erwarte in der Wohnung einen Zettel mit dem Zugangscode.
