Die Lage, mitten auf der Maximilianstrasse ist unschlagbar. Der Gastgeber war super nett und war jederzeit erreichbar. An Anreisetag waren wir früher als erwartet in Bayreuth und konnten wir sogar schon etwas eher in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten Hotelqualität. Ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Lage war für einen Städtetrip super
Die Dusche hat viel zu Wenig Wasserdruck und der Duschvorhang ist leider ein NoGo, zudem sind 2 Zimmer Durchgangszimmer, einmal ins 2te Schlafzimmer und einmal in den Aufenthaltsbereich.

Ein sehr freundlicher, jederzeit erreichbarer Gastgeber, perfekte Lage, gemütliche Wohnung, Kaffee, Geschirrtabs, Tee vor Ort, alles bestens sauber und eine sehr gute Wegbeschreibung. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert!
Man sollte nur wissen, dass man sehr innenstädtisch wohnt und am Wochenende auf der Straße Menschen (feiernd) unterwegs sind. Uns hat das nicht gestört, nur als Hinweis für sehr Ruhebedürftige. (Und: zwei der Schlafzimmer sind Durchgangszimmer). EIn kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Vielleicht ließe sich der Check-Out regulär auf 11 Uhr ausdehnen? Das wäre ein bisschen entspannter. Ansonsten: Nichts zu meckern, sehr netter Gastgeber -- danke.
