The room was very well priced and good value for money for a very good and spacious location.We were given detailed instructions on how to check in beforehand, which made us feel at ease.There was a slight problem with the room, but this was dealt with immediately when we contacted the owner.The biggest bus stop in Bayreuth is just around the corner, making it easy to get to anywhere in Bayreuth; Norma and REWE are nearby for shopping, and restaurants are within easy reach as they are close to the old town.The shopping centre Rotmain-Centre is also very close by.Convenience and price are a good combination, and I would stay here again if I had the chance.

We were given a video on how to receive the key, but it was slightly confusing, so a map would have made it even easier to understand.Also, water leaks easily from under the shower door and it would have been better if the gaskets were secure.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr heiß, da eine Hauptstraße vorm Fenster war es sehr heiß. Die Jalousien waren schwer zu finden und nicht beschrieben....die Klimaanlage haben wir gar nicht betätigen können, auch nicht den Fernsehapparat. Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz im Haus, sehr klein, ganz schwierig und der Schlüssel in der Wohnung und wir mussten ihn wieder zurückbringen in die Wohnung. Alles sehr kompliziert. Aber die Lage war gut.

Dass wir Jalousien, Klimaanlage und Fernsehapparat nicht einfach bedienen konnten bzw keine Erklärung dazu irgendwo war. Die Garage war winzig, nur mit kleinem Auto gut. zwischen Säulen und schmal.
