Eine große, wunderbare & stilvoll möblierte Altbauwohnung, hervorragend gelegen im Herzen von Bayreuth. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Auch für Familien geeignet.

sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt Die Wohnung ist gross, komfortabel und stylish eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet
Der Balkon geht auf einen ungepflegten Hinterhof und ist nicht einladend - 2 Plastikstühle ohne Sitzkissen und ein kleiner Tisch. Keine Beschattung! Bei dem Preis sollte der Parkplatz eigentlich inclusive sein und nicht eine Extragebühr berechnet werden

Het appartement ligt in een hele mooie straat aan de rand van het centrum van Bayreuth. Het is lekker ruim en fijn koel tijdens de warme zomerdagen.
De slaapkamer aan de straatkant heeft veel last van uitgangslawaai dat weerkaatst tegen de huizen. De douche is matig; je moet in bad douchen (pas op met uitstappen) en de douchekop in je hand houden tijdens het douchen/haren wassen. Erg onhandig.

Parking behind the building was tricky, since it was not clear which spot belonged to the building/apartment complex, but everything was fine after a call.
