Ein Toaster wäre noch ganz gut für das Frühstück. Evtl. wäre auch ein Radio nicht schlecht um Früh Nachrichten zu hören. Ansonsten kann man sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl fühlen. Wäre die richtige Wohnung für unsere Tochter, da sie ab 01/2026 sich eine Wohnung suchen muss. Auch die Lage ist sehr schön, sehr ruhig aber trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum von Bayreuth. Das natürlich auch noch ein Tiefgaragenplatz zur Verfügung steht ist natürlich absolute Spitze. Herzlichst Matthias und Kathrin Pilz

Die Wohnung war super, alles da was man benötigt. Auf Nachfrage wurden uns sogar spät abends noch Kaffeekapseln vorbeigebracht (wir hatten die Ladenöffnungszeiten in Bayern nicht berücksichtigt 🙈)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Lage im Mehrparteienhaus ist ruhig, sodass man sich gut erholen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, und auch die Anbindung ist sehr praktisch. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, die Kommunikation war freundlich und zuverlässig. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
