Nice and clean place to explore Toronto, one block from Bloor street, 150m from metro station and 200 m to Bay street. Interesting experience to sleep in university. Breakfast was nice and dining room is beautiful with friendly staff! In room you have 2 classroom board to learn .

Location. Access to breakfast and breakfast included in the price. Ease of check in. Small building and intimate and quiet.
I needed an extra blanket and pillow to make my sleep comfortable. I was cold throughout the night and did not sleep well.
