Guest House La Vecchia Dolceacqua

It was a real experience- it's very quirky but if you like minimalism, and modernity, it's not for you. There are collections of vintage and antique objects in the bar and restaurant and paintings on every wall. We had a wonderful welcome, copious food much of which was from the garden. The wine, grappa and olive oil were also home produced. Food is old trattoria style so you get what you're given although there was a choice of pasta- we had ours with home- made pesto sauce. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the huge bed was exceedingly comfortable.

Die Unterkunft hat Flair. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir durften unser Zimmer schon um 12:00 Uhr beziehen und unsere Auto am Abreisetag länger parken, um Dolceacqua zu besichtigen. Gutes WLAN. Von unserem Zimmer aus toller Blick auf Dolceacqua.

Unser Zimmer war hellhörig, aber nebenan war es in der Nacht ruhig, so dass es für uns kein Problem war. Leider nur eine (große) Bettdecke für das Doppelbett.

The family atmosphere! I enjoyed myself from the time arrived until I had to leave! The hospitality was superb, the meals were fabulous and sharing time with the hosts and other travelers was amazing!

Our hosts were perfect. Hospitality at it's best with delicious food and drinks throughout the day. Beautiful setting and location, perfect for relaxing and exploring the local area of Dolceacqua.

I liked everything, great stay.
