HOA/community fines may apply for noise complaints. - Fireworks are not permitted on the property at any time. - Please observe posted community speed limits. Any HOA-issued speeding fines may be passed along to the guest. - Rental forms and/or guest registration may be required by the HOA prior to arrival. - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Propane for the grill and fire pit is not guaranteed. If tanks are empty, guests may refill or replace the existing tank and submit a receipt for reimbursement. - The property uses a septic system and well water. - The basement includes entertainment and fitness areas. As with many mountain homes, some portions may have a more rustic feel. Parking Details: - Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No street parking recommended. - 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended in winter months, as mountain roads and the driveway may be snowy or icy. The property is on a private road, and driveway access may vary by weather conditions. - This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
