It can comfortably sleep 10 people (children 2 years of age and under do not count in this total). There is a swing and garage on the property as well. The garage may or may not be usable during your stay as we use it for any projects we have in progress.

Please note that the propane for the BBQ is the luck of the draw. The tank will be there but we do not monitor to make sure it is full. You can easily swap it out at multiple places very close to the house.

-TV: The main Television in the living room is a Smart TV. We DO NOT have cable.
-Board Games: In the living room, to the left of TV and fireplace in the bottom bookshelf, there are a variety of games. Please make sure to put the games back in their appropriate boxes and back inside the closet when done.
-Toys and play mat- You can find a variety of toddler, small children's toys and a play mat in the closet located in the living room. We ask that you put them back after use.
-Pay it Forward Home: We will provide the bare necessities (paper towels, hand and dish soap, some cleaning products, salt pepper toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). We are operating on the principle of our guests choosing to “Pay it forward” meaning if you have any items (NON PERISHABLES) that you think future guests would be able to use, that you can leave them behind. Please do not leave opened food items behind.
-Linens/Towels- We provide linens, 2 towels per room are provided and hot tub towels are provided. You are also provided with pillows and comforters for all the beds. Please bring your additional towels if you believe you will need more than what we provide. If you do use our towels, please leave them in the hamper by the washer/dryer.
-Washer/Dryer- Feel free to use the washer and dryer at your own disposal. Please make sure to empty out the lint filter prior to each dryer cycle to prevent the risk of a fire.
-Fireplace- Please make sure to never leave a fire unattended. Both fireplaces operate on propane only. Do not throw any logs, matches or anything else into the fireplace.

As the home is part of a community, please follow the rules and regulations of Indian Mountain Lake Community!

The house was wonderful My family had an awesome time not to mention our little furry friend The best part was the 4 seasons Hot Tub which we all enjoyed toooo much The host, Julia, was amazing & very quick to respond to any of the questions The house has literally everything you need from plenty of dishes to glasses and cups to household appliances and utensils and not to mention the spices for cooking We did end up getting passes to the lake and pool, 6-7 minutes drive, was a bit cold, but kids enjoyed it The location is nice & quiet, the only thing, it takes about 9-10 minutes to get out to go to anywhere else We did water rafting and butterfly sanctuary which is like 25 minutes away, minus 10 minutes to drive from the community Otherwise, very clean, beautiful place with plenty of things to do inside the house including but not limited to ping pong, cards, hot tub, fire pit (bring your things for s’mores), etc. Would definitely recommend

We love staying at this mountain home! The home is beautiful and well maintained! The owner makes us feel so very welcome! It is like coming home when we arrive each year for vacation.

This was our third annual vacation at this lovely home. Even with chilly, rainy weather, the vacation was great. With enough space for children and adults to relax and enjoy alone or as a family, coming together at the large dining room table to have dinner as a family is simply a perfect balance! Looking forward to next year!

This property could be vert nice. I feel it needs owner attention. While it waa fine things need to be updated thete is not a mattress in house that is even somewhat confortable they are like sleeping on a box spring. The couches in basement are totally warn out you have zero cushin. The lot needs to be cleaned up the leaves are inches deep never picked up from last fall. The grass by the kids play set is over a foot high and there is tradh from past people scattered about. Cleaning inside could be better. Kitchen and bath were fine but cobwebs in most corners of each room. Light bulbs burned out inside. Its ok but could be so much more.
